PRE-SALE MAKEOVERS

Getting ready to put your house on the market can be stressful. Or if your house has been listed for a while with no interest, you might need help styling it to attract potential buyers. Sometimes, all it takes is rearranging furniture, moving accessories, or decluttering to create a neutral yet inviting atmosphere that helps buyers imagine themselves living there.

If your home needs updates like new furniture, painting, or renovations, it's suggested to spend no more than 1-2% of the value on these improvements, unless the items will be suitable for your new home as well.

1. Advice & Notes Option:

This includes an in-home visit where we walk through your space, talk about what's right, what needs improving or moving and take photos. This can take approximately 2 hours. Within 3-5 business days, you'll receive a follow-up email with styling notes and suggestions.

 

This option does not include an itemised list of products or neighbourhood comparisons.

2. Detailed Report:

Along with the in-home visit, chat, and photos, I'll take room measurements and provide an itemised list of product suggestions (up to 5 for each room). You'll also receive styling notes and comparisons of other properties on the market to gauge your pricing expectations.

While there's no guarantee you'll achieve your asking price after the pre-sale makeover, it ensures your property appeals to a broader market, helping potential buyers envision it as their new home. This report will take between 7 - 10 business days.
