Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:

Download Issues
If you experience difficulties accessing, downloading or opening your digital product, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
